• We offer you to hire new rebuilt apartments nearby Skilifts. Every apartment is a flat under the own lockout.
• Facilities: entry, bathroom with shower, WC, dining room with cable TV, kitchen unit with basic equipment, fridge, microwawe, hot plate, percolator, ketle. Bedroom with day beds.
• Apartmets have and area of 45 – 70 square meters. Capacity of particular apartments is 4 – 6 person. Further one double-apartment with capacity upto 9 person, where there are two bedrooms, each of which has its own sanitary equipement. The kitchen unit and dining room are common.
• In the subbasement there is to each apertment a cellar for placing of ski, bikes etc. under the own lock, further a common room which can be used as drying room. The building has its own parking. The nearest ski rental office, ski-school, shopping centre are 100 m, downhill run 150 m far from here.
• In Summer: swimming pool in own garden, summer-house, outdoor grill, table tennis.
• The service is all the year round, the possibility to hire an apartment for all the year or for the season.

Keys obtain in Infocentrum ROKY. Infocentrum ROKY is situated 200m behind centrum left by main road. Upon arrival a deposit of 100 EUR is required and Tourist fee CZK 19,-/ person / day.

Apartments MARIA  is situated in Horni Rokytnice on the main road left, 200m before Medical Centrum.

Apartment is at disposal after 15.00 on arrival.
On the departure day please leave the apartment by 9.30.
